On 12/23/20, the check engine light came on and I drove it to BMW service immediately. Upon inspection, B1-Air flaps needed to replaced. I was provided a loaner to drive for the remainder of the day. "Clear Cut Case of Fraud" I drove less than 500 miles on a new set of 100% BMW Tire Pressure Monitor sensors purchased in Arkansas. The idiot light started flashing on and off on my 535i. So I stopped to see if Roadshow might diagnose/fix it. Instead, they falsely claimed that the sensors were not BMW parts and wanted me to spend > $1,000 to repurchase another set of TPMS sensors. "Roadshow fails to listen to women owners" We have been to road show BMW a few times since moving to Memphis, all of the experiences have been subpar. My family has been BMW owner for the last 12 years, but due to the treatment of my family by this dealership we will never buy a vehicle from roadshow or perhaps even from BMWat all. "Worst ever experience!" I’ve been driving BMW’s for almost 20 years and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. The service department is in my opinion one of the worst I’ve ever used. Do yourself a favor and find a certified BMW shop that is sensitive to its customers needs. I will never use this dealership for anything ever again.
"Horrible Car Buying Experience" I’d like to preface this by saying everyone my wife and I dealt with, excluding our sales person, was extremely courteous, respectful and professional. "Run. Don't walk....." I bought a 2013 750li that broke down on the way home. Salesman said he could unwind deal and when I wanted to do that he said he never offered that and I would have to talk to management. Basically called me a liar. Will never deal with them again and I was a repeat customer so my fault I guess. Glad I got my Lexus back.
Where do I start? As a whole the service department is among the worst I have ever encountered. There are a few good people there. Denim, my current advisor of choice is fairly new there. He is the only one that will smile and acknowledge a customer when he/she walks in. Hector is currently doing the loaner cars, he has been there a little while and is 100% always cheerful respectful and "can do".
