Coggin was the third BMW dealership I had been to in the last 3 months and there was an immediate connection with my salesperson, Jimmy Pescatore. He was friendly, patient (very important with me)and knowledgeable. Jimmy and his sales manager, Joe, provided me with all the information I needed to decide which BMW model would work best for me and my husband. When I arrived at the dealership to take the car home, Jimmy spent a good hour explaining how everything worked. My experience was excellent and I love my car.

Let me first state that I absolutely hate car shopping. It is truly one of my least favorite things to do, and I was prepared to really be unhappy about the whole process. However, Coggin BMW, and my sales representative, Ronnie McFarland, made buying my new car, as well as the used car I bought for my son at the same time, one of the most pleasant sales experiences I have ever been through. I have purchased/leased 6 cars from Coggin. Each time I was given excellent customer service from the sales team (Jimmy Pescatore), the management team (Dave Colonna) and the the service department. For this reason, I recommend Coggin over and over again to my family and friends. They make purchasing a new vehicle, as pleasant experience as possible.

We have been in a unique situation and yet suffice to say we have been looking to buy a car for a very long time....many months! We drove 400 mi rd.trip(from Ocala Fl) because we knew from previous experience that we could trust Jim to make a great deal for us and we could believe whatever he said about the vehicle we were buying..We were not disappointed.He was a pleasure to work with.very receptive to our requests for whatever we asked for...going above and beyond in getting us into this new car. Buying my car from Coggin BMW was a great overall experience. I traveled all the way from Delray Beach to view the car I was considering buying. I drove up after work during the week and the dealership stayed open late for me so I could come and test drive the car. I was surprised how nice all of the employees were. This dealership has the best prices and the nicest looking used cars out of all the BMW dealerships I visited in South Florida....Highly recommended! Thanks to Dennis, Jeff, and Jeremy for all your help!

I live in Vero Beach and could easily have chosen a dealership from Melbourne to Palm Beach or Boca( where I worked). I was impressed with the customer-friendly attitude and follow-up of the salesman(J Pescatore). He followed up with phone calls when I was considering a purchase(in North Carolina) and he has called often since I purchased the car 6 weeks ago. This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealership...and from the same sales person, James Pescatore....I will go nowhere else. I am highly impressed with the way I was treated...no pressure...they really listen to what my car needs are and the price point I needed... I might add... James was very patient.
