I purchased a 2012 jet black BMW X5d from Coggin BMW on 6/21/12 and I'm very happy to report that it was a very pleasant experience. My Sales person is Curtis Stumbaugh and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. I live in Jupiter, FL, about an hour away from the dealership, but it was well worth the drive. The finance person who closed the transaction was Jeremy and he was very professional too,
I have bought a lot of cars but this one was by far the best experience ever. This is also my first BMW. I found the car online and contacted the dealer ship. Coggin was great to deal with; especially their salesman Jimmy Pescatore! Jimmy spent close to 2 hrs walking us through our new BMW 528i upon delivery as we hadn't bought a new car in some time; especially one with this many bells and whistles. I would definitely recommend Coggin and Jimmy personally. Great experience!
My wife and I were extremely impressed by Franklin's thoroughness, friendliness and honesty. We had visited several dealerships in Orlando, where our son lives, and simply did not feel the 'warmth' and trustworthiness that we did, both with Coggin and Franklin. We had looked at other higher-end brands, and in fact began our search with another brand, but were immediately impressed by the BMW-X3, both in style and total comfort. We remain very satisfied in every regard.
I recently upgraded from a BMW 128i Coupe to a 328i Coupe. Have to say it is "The Ultimate Driving Machine." However, my salesman Manny Miranda is "The Ultimate Salesman" for BMW. Mr. Miranda has made my prior and current BMW transactions with Coggin BMW Treasure Coast a great experience. Mr. Miranda was etremely helpful and answered all of my questions. James and a salesman and Jeremy in finance could not have been nicer, more courteous or friendlier. They both explained, in detail, all steps in the process of our buying this automobile. James' knowledge of the automobile and his explanation to my wife and I of the various functions of the workings in the operation of the vehicle was outstanding. I visited the dealership on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and was greeted by Jimmy -James Pescatore. Being very friendly while offering to test drive one the used BWM's on the lot Jimmy pointed me to a very nice Blue 328i. While enjoying the test drive with my wife and son who was totally happy with the rear AC vents my eye caught a silver 335i.
