Coggin BMW, thru its General Manager, worked with us to correct an issue we had after purchasing a used car thru Coggin BMW. We are happy with the resolve and applaud a dealership that values their commitment and reputation.
The only reason I downgraded the overall experience to a 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the dealership.
