I couldn't be more pleased by the courtesy, friendliness and attention given me by Jimmy Pescatore, my client advisor. He spent hours with me getting me to feel comfortable with the workings of my new 328I, even coming to my home for additional instruction. And Eric Pancratz was also very helpful with the financial aspects of the sale. All other personnel were equally helpful and personable. Thank you to them all.
Dealing with Coggin BMW is a pleasurable experience from start to finish, and in particular, James Pescatore. This is our second BMW purchased from Jimmy. He is personable, accommodating, knowledgable, and most of all, patient. When you walk in and sit at his desk, it's like sitting across from family. This is the BEST CAR DEALER EVER!!!! This is our second BMW 528i purchased through them and I truly can't say enough good things. Coming from Palm Beach county (Boynton Beach), YES, we go up to Ft Pierce (90 miles) for our cars. The service is EXCEPTIONAL and our sales person was truly wonderful. Will always return to this dealership even though it is out of the way and distant from home. All people are great throughout the organization. Did everything possible to make my experience pleasant. They always respond to voice mail and email, call you back right away, address questions provide the answers and work hard to get what you need. All up the line I felt my business was valued.
I recently was in the market for a BMW SUV having had 4 previous BMW cars that I've had great experiences with. I live in the South Florida market where BMW dealerships have a very bad reputation... they deserve every bit of that bad reputation. I could not be more satisfied from the initial phone call to the delivery of my new M3 with Jeff Laher and Coggin BMW. He gave me the best price with his numbers being very descriptive with fees in a low to no pressure environment. I shopped his price which could not be touched by several dealerships locally. I think this was probably the best new car purchase experience I have had and I have purchased quite a few cars.
The sales associate that I worked, Manny Miranda, couldn't have done a better job making this transaction smooth and convenient. I live in Ft.
