"Great and fast service " Great service and I received no hassle for services not I hope that continues. I drove from St. Petersburg to get true BMW customer service and I received just that. Keep it up.
"Service personnel was courteous and professional " Service was performed on time as promised by courteous personnel. The waiting room is comfortable and refreshments are available while you wait. Everyone I encountered wss very professional.
"Great Experience" The service center at Ferman BMW took amazing care of me! I had an insurance claim for an engine replacement, and they did the job very well and got it done in a timely manner. I would like to thank Sal for going so far above and beyond helping me with the insurance adjuster, even when it was well outside of his necessary duties.
"Oil change was great but key fob service not great" Loved getting my A+ service for my oil change but my key fob only worked for 1 day that I paid to get repaired. I text the service person but didnt get a resolution. I stay an hour away and haven't had a chance to go back.

"Warranty repair" Dealership was clean , organized , friendly, and helpful . Car was completed in a timely manner and returned clean .loaner car was a lifesaver as i live 45 miles away sal was great.
"Great Experience " I love my 528i that I just purchased. Tom Berges was an excellent sales associate and did a great job. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase and was very thorough in explaining all the details of my new car. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very nice.
