"Great Service and Follow-Up" The communications between the service department and myself were great. Nicholas kept me updated all along the way. There were no long delays in checking-in, getting a loaner and returning the car and checking out. All issues were addressed. There is still a part (grommet) that they needed to order, but if it's not covered by warranty I won't pay $216.00 for it, (which seems really really high). I will recommend their service department in the future.
