"Another Great Experience!" This is the second BMW we have purchased at Ferman from Steven Venden and both times we received great service! Steven really cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure you get the right car at the best price.

"No nonsense " Started my engagement with an email inquiry about a specific car. First salesperson (Alex) was straight and to the the point. Didn’t try and up sell me. In fact he asked good questions to recommend the best fit. He then went on vacation and handed me off to a sales person (Greg) who was fully up to speed on the discussions I had had already. I shortly drove away in a new vehicle with no hassles. Greg even helped detail the vehicle to get me home quicker.
