"yearly service" brought car in for one year service, prompt and with out charge. can't get any better. car washed and vacuumed on return. I am quite satisfied.

"Emergency Care" I was out of town visiting my daughter when the engine light came on. They were able to see me early the next day and fix the problem (I was leaving the following day). This dealership has always beenvery accomodating. I always seemto have a car issue when visiting Florida. Aprevious time there was a short in the car door handle which was draining the battery and causing computer issues. "Very accommodating and thorough" Great experience with Ferman BMW. They were very patient with my timeframe and did not pressure in any way. Extremely quick to respond to any questions I had whether via text or email. I’ve purchased from both Ferman MINI and BMW and had stellar experiences at both. The newer facilities are very nice as well. There seems to be a lot of attention to detail at Ferman from top to bottom which is not apparent at other BMW dealers local to Tampa Bay.
