"First time there, had a brake fluid light on." The reason for no 5 stars is that my fluids had never been checked. The washer fluid light came on when i returned home. Thank you Jay

"Engine replaced " Had car towed to Mini because I bought it there, but then was glad I did! Marc and Paul were extremely helpful, took time to explain everything (more the once) and helped me deal with my insurance company which was fighting us all the way. They kept me informed and were always patient and friendly.

"Great Buying Experience" I have used Ferman BMW for almost 10 years. I just purchased my 4th BMW and I was in and out of the dealership in a little over 2 hours due to fantastic customer service. And in case your wondering, I love my car!

"Great Customer Service - Quite Responsive" About 6 months before my lease expired, I contacted my previous Client Advisor, who unfortunately was no longer with Ferman. She provided a referral at the dealership who placed me in the responsive hands of Mike Attita. Mike helped me custom designed my vehicle and kept me apprised of the process. "Friendly service " Purchased car from your dealership a few months ago. Had check engine light go on. Was able to get in right away. Diagnosed was done. No problem was found. I was not charged for anything plus you guys washed and vacuumed my car on top of that. I have not had a problem since. Marc helped as much as he could despite the fact you guys were having computer troubles that day I thought I was going to be stuck there a lot longer then I planned but was out surprisingly sooner.

"Awesome customer service purchasing my new M2C!" Purchased a car from out of town from Ferman BMW! "Gerat Service" I always feel as if my needs have been addressed on the first visit. They are courteous and helpful. The waiting area could be improved; there is a stark contrast with the BMW waiting area in the same dealership, just across the parking lot.
