"Very personal and relaxed!" Our experience with Ferman BMW was better than expected! Tom Berges, our salesman, was very thorough and accommodating. He stayed with us through the whole process and treated us like family. He was excellent! I would have given 5 stars, but it was a long wait to meet with the financial personnel. However, once we met with Joe everything was smooth and professional. Joe was very helpful and explained everything. We were very pleased with our experience overall!

"Good service" Alex Wolf was excellent. Kenny Russel and Greg Larsen were also very very helpful. Very good customer service. Explained the car and its features very well.

"Excellent Customer Service Experience" When I needed an early morning appt to be able to test drive a vehicle, a sales person, Santos, met me there at 7:30am to accommodate my request. Friendly, attentive, answered all of my questions, etc. When we came back that afternoon after work to complete the paperwork, Derek had everything waiting for us and took us over to the Finance Manager, Joe Cleaver, who had everything done as much as he could, but also made the process fun, since no way to shorten it. "very pleased" very clean waiting area and restrooms. Staff is very friendly and professional. We came 63 miles to get down here and we really like the way you wash the car and get it all cleaned up to send us on our way.

"Return Customer! " We have purchased two vehicles in four years from Ferman Luxury Preowned! We will keep coming back. The dealership exhibits excellent customer service, kid friendly atmosphere, fair pricing, and provides a wonderful overall experience. We have never had any issues with the cars purchased from them. This dealership comes highly recommended.

"Long time customer " This dealership has acquired top notch service reps. I bought my first BMW from them back in 2007. I came back for a reason; Convenience, reputation and track record. If anything is unclear, you get access to Management and they either make a decision or explain thoroughly what the issue may be.

"Quie satisfying" My sales counsultant, Charles Fenandes, as very friendly, and attentive. He explained the car to us before the test drive after the test drive. After closing the deal he had Toby, one the BMW Genises, help us to learn about the Navigation and Entertainment systems. I'm very satisfied with the dealership and thier sales staff.
