"The Problem" Had my Beemer serviced and everything went smooth as usual until my warning ligh went on saying to not drive. Only one block later and I was home. Dripping oil seemed to be the problem, everywhere. And on my new pavers. Called BMW and they took car away And tried to clean pavers to no avail. Bottom line, during the service checkup and oil change the mechanic did not get the oil filter on correctly. The pavers cost me half of what a BMW would cost. I need Feeman to clean my pavers.

"Professional, prompt, resolved" First experience at Ferman, following a used BMW purchase. Service staff were very professional and took care of my issue promptly. Being something promised as part of the purchase, Mike Attia came to the service center, took the car for the repair and brought it back very quickly with the work all done.

"Brian Gains is a breath of fresh air" I just purchased my second car from Brian Gsins at Ferman BMW. His professionalism, concerns for my needs and overall customer service is unparalleled. "Buy From Ferman" If you want to overpay and be treated wrong to to Reeves. If you want the best selection, fair negotiating and to deal with folks who carry themselves with professionalism, then go to Ferman BMW. After going to multiple BMW dealerships my wife was pushing to buy something other than a BMW do to the lack of professionalism at other dealers, Reeves being the worst of the bunch.
