Every experience I’ve had here has been positive and I’ve worked with a few Service Advisors. The shop is usually busy so there can be a little bit of a wait but I always bring work with me to do so it’s not an issue for me.
The whole staff was very friendly, test-drive was easily set up, and we got all necessary attention adn support we needed. I will certainly have this as my home shop
When I first came in I dealt with Alex who worked near the front he was very helpful and descriptive on what it would cost me to get my new BMW 540i M sport with all the packages I wanted he was able to locate the BMW on a ship and told me when it would arrive and was very helpful through the whole procedure.
I have a 750. 4th BMW in a row. I've been a customer of Bloomfield for about 8 years. They have been consistently customer focused. Would certainly recommend them.
Got a fair but not great price but a below average trade in on my car, almost 1000 lower than other bmw dealers I checked so I wasn’t happy. Only reason I bought was they had the color My wife wanted with options I wanted in a used 535i. Car is great so far. They also charged $200 for ‘Nitrogen’ in the tires. BMW should be embarrassed dealerships do this - Air is nearly 78% nitrogen. Finance person David was awesome though for which I gave 4 stars instead of 3. Salesperson Bobby was great too. Very timely and efficient my car is ready at the time they promised. I recommend BMW of Bloomfield to anyone in the market for a new or preowned BMW.
David and Gina are great! They take their time in explaining everything and are quick to return phone calls! They both try really hard at making their customers happy.
