Very efficient and understanding. The service advisors are professional and seem understanding to their clients needs. However, your service technicians are good, but there should be some communication between them and actual customers especially on critical vehicle repairs.

On my way home, my car started giving me problem so I call BMW Bloomfield to schedule appointments to have my car check . Receptionist was very pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate me and get me the earliest appointment. That morning when I drop off my car, the receptionist was extremely pleasant, they offer me a courtesy loaner car, so I could get around until car was fix. My car was not inspected properly for additional damages as requested when vehicle was dropped off. Having to return the vehicle for a second inspection and additional repairs was time consuming and very inconvenient for me.
