"Excellent Service" Service was professional, friendly and timely. Rick Kanda was waiting for me when I pulled up into the service area. He jumped into my car and tested the problem areas. He went under the hood and checked for any visible concerns.
"Recent service" Service was done on time to my satisfaction. Everyone was helpful to my wife who brought car in. Appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. Will bring car back again.
"I feel secured." Recently X3 had 2 recalls. I went there to do reprogramming as a service representative told me last time. But when I took my car there, they said there was another recall Is it because of the X3 major change in 2018? As much as I kind of worried about my car, I feel safe as they check everything. "Exceptional in all ways " As always, excellent service, attention to details, and courteous abd timeliness much appreciated. Jonah explained all work and obtained approvals to before proceeding. Very professional.
"Tire Replacement " Fast and reliable replacement of a run flat tire. Yvette thoroughly explained the process and cost. Although price for tire is costly I appreciate that replacement tires now come with a one year warranty.
