"Straight forward and No Hastle Experience!" Wallace was awesome. I’ve had several unpleasant car buying experiences in the past. This was a completely different experience; the deal was straight forward, financing didn’t include any hidden up charges or fees, and Wallace waited for me the entire time I was in financing. Overall, I felt like a valued customer! The only negative thing was getting a charger that didn’t work, but it was not Wallace’s fault, and he even came in on his day off to give me a replacement.
