We were shopping around for what would be our first "family car." We wanted to explore all options including luxury SUVs. I took my car in for basic maintenance and recall issues and was left without an operable vehicle due to a sparkplug issue. Justin Scrofani and Yvette took care of us and made sure we had a rental car to use while they worked out the details locally and with BMW North America to get us into a new car with a reasonable monthly payment. We went to dealership in early 2018 and told Destin what we were looking for and timing on when we wanted to buy. He kept in touch with us and then, voila, he called and told us about “the” car.
