Terrence is extremely honest, professional, and very knowledgeable in all things BMW. He makes the “sometimes uncomfortable” process of buying a car extremely enjoyable! I’ve referred half a dozen friends and family to terrence and they all say the same! Top shelf service all the way.
One of the biggest holdups to buying a car is going through the sales process. Michaels brand of 360 degree service made the entire experience so outstanding! He’s warm and inviting while being extremely knowledgeable and professional. His approach to putting you in a car is top notch. Everybody at the Honolulu BMW branch is very good at what they do... but Michael Castaneda is why I’ve been a return customer for over 15 years
We ordered the car early, and it was easy to keep in touch with Terrence to ask what the status was. He was helpful and is very friendly! We just send him a quick text and he responds right away. Once the car arrived, Terrence made the drive off very easy! The process was so quick. Just signed the necessities and we were off. Pro: We like that we can easily send him a text for anything related to the car. This is car number three with a fourth on the way next month and we love working with Terrence! Thank you Terrence!

I was helped with Mr Kaelen. It was my first time buying a car, by myself. Therefore it took me a long time to get everything done. And Kaelen was so patient the whole time even to the point I start feeling bad about taking all his time. All I’m trying to say is this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any sales business. If u need anything just ask for Kaelen and u don’t have to worry about a thing.
Just want to start by saying I was treated with the most respect at BMW. I went car shopping at 5 or 6 dealerships throughout the day and felt like I was overlooked at many of the others. Mike came right away and helped me and a friend find what we were looking for. He listened to what we needed and found fits for each of us. I met Mikey Castaneda in 2014 randomly browsing the lot out of curiosity. My 2011 328i wagon tanked on me and the cost to repair all 8 things wrong with it would be more than the car was worth. BMW of Honolulu set me up with a brand new X3 rental car since some of the repairs were covered by a recall. This gave us the time to figure out what would be best for our family.
