There was nothing but a warm, inviting atmosphere and Justin was very patient and helpful. Thanks to BMW of Honolulu I am happy to say that I made a great purchase.
It was very busy this morning at the service department bay. I was very grumpy. The whole experience ended up putting a smile on my face. My expectations were far exceeded which is a rare thing in this day and age. Kudos.
Buying a car doesn't get any easier or more pleasant than this. We were in the market for a used 3 series, and we were never pressured to upgrade to something we couldn't afford. Rob Doyle was our sales advisor, and he went out of his way on a number of occasions to help us find the right car, including calling us the day that one came in. I was treated well by the sales staff. I was not dressed up at all, in fact I was on the way to the beach when I decided to stop in and check out the new 04 530i. Took about 3 hours to test drive, choose a car, trade in my old ride and drive off the lot. Went back a few months ago to look at the 06 750i. same salesman, test drove, liked it, choose one, traded in another ride, and drove off again this time in less than 2 hours. Advisor was very good as well as the senior advisor. The only negative experience I had when servicing my BMW was the person that checks you in. Very negative remarks.

Upon check in I was greeted, and told someone would be with me soon… I was checked in momentarily, then spoke with my advisor Kainoa… My car would be ready tomorrow afternoon, I received a text saying my car was ready, paid online.. texted I would be there for pick up around 3:45 pm, met with Kainoa signed some papers he then brought my car!
