"It's unfortunate that this is the only BMW dealership on..." It's unfortunate that this is the only BMW dealership on island and they know it. Seems like there is no attention to detail with work performed. Also if you have an extended warranty, they will milk it for all its worth instead of fixing what they know is the real issue!

Sir or Madam, We are open with a reduced staff due to the worldwide pandemic and State of Hawaii mandate to keep social distancing and keep people at home. It is difficult to give an exact time of how long a service takes due to the fact that we cannot control when people arrive for their appointments or what cars will need upon inspection. It is typically a couple of hours for any routine service.

Initially, I explained to him that I made an appointment at 10:30 am on the following day, Saturday. "Appointment in at 1:30 for ONE tire replacement. Not..." Appointment in at 1:30 for ONE tire replacement. Not completed until 4:00. Really... 2 & 1/2 hrs for one tire? UNSATISFIED! Also, tire cost over $30 more than the same type tire put on the car 5 months ago per the invoice when I bought the car!
"Brought a used X3 that was not up to the normal BMS..." Brought a used X3 that was not up to the normal BMS standards in regards to cleanliness; the vehicle was NOT cleaned at all, it was filthy and grimy; and the salesman stated “it is a used car, sold as is”. Just a small example of the poor attitude displayed during our visit.
"Review of Service " My general interactions with the service department and advisors are positive. However, it is extremely frustrating when you take your car in and are told the issue cannot be resolved. I lease a 2018 X2. I’ve had issues with the Bluetooth audio feature since day one. They’ve installed the updates, but are now telling me it’s my phone, which by the way is an iPhone X-Plus. I am no longer able to listen to Bluetooth audio and there seems to be no fix in the near future.
"Service visit " Everything was okay except for a few things. Drop off was nice. Pick up took longer than usual. Service person was on phone with another client for at least 10 minutes so I waited. If I could rate in negative stars, I would do so. I made an appointment at 9:15, dropped my car off at 8:45. Repair was simple enough, I told them what needed to be done, replace the right front headlight assembly. I called at 12, they told me they had diagnosed everything OTHER than the stated problem. I came back at 3:30, they told me it was being worked on. By 5 pm I was staring to get upset and asked what was taking so long.
