Chad Renninger has been my go-to service adviser for my 2005 745 for a couple of years now. Recently I hit some debris on a highway which caused significant body and mechanical damage and insurance had to be involved. Chad has been patient and professional throughout a long process of dealing with insurance and myself, while being accommodating with service loaner, minimizing my out-of-pocket expenses to get mostly OME vs after market parts and overseeing the repairs process.
Chad Renninger was a pleasure to work with; he kept me updated daily if needed as to the progress of my engine replacement. Chad has been steady in his service commitment throughout the 3-4 year of ownership of my used 2006 M5 and the service department in general has been excellent. Visited a few times as it always takes me a long time to decide on a new car. Each time was made welcome and had all questions resolved. Once decison was made the rest was like clockwork.
