After several weeks of online research, I visited several dealerships in trying to decide between the BMW X5 and other similar types of "SUV crossovers" from Lexus, Acura, Mercedes, and Infiniti. chad renninger went the extra mile to solve a serious problem with my tire/wheel warranty caused by an earlier improper repair of one of my wheels by another bmw dealer. he was a good communicator, was accessible whenever i checked in for a progress report, and he kept entirely on top of problem for three days before everything was sorted out.

My family and i visited the dealership twice and made the purchase during our second visit. Our initial visit was more unplanned as we were in the area shopping (bridgewater mall) and decided to see what car options we have as we were in the market for a new car. Our original thoughts were around a pre-owned 3 series but then were introduced to the X1 (which we eventually purchased). It was a pleasure! Nothing but professional, courteous and efficient with the lack of 'hoopla' that none of us enjoy. My next trip to a dealership will for sure be to BMW of Bridgewater along with recommendations. And above and beyond the more than satisfied sales job, we received a follow up phone call to assure our satisfaction with our new purchase. Carolyn Fiala, our salesperson was very efficient and fair in working with us on the purchase of our new BMW. She provided us with a bunch of options, and helped us to make the best decision for my family. I would definitely recommend sending friends/family to purchase a new car for a future purchase. I am so glad to know that there is a dealership close to my neighborhood now where I can get my car serviced and where the staff is so friendly and professional.

While I live in Flemington, and it would be much more convenient to go to the Flemington BMW dealership to have my car serviced, I make the drive to Bridgewater because Chad Renninger is far and away the best service tech I've worked with. He's extremely professional, polite, and accommodating, and easy to relate to. I never feel as though I'm being taken advantage of, or recommended unnecessary servicing. Everything is straightforward, and easy to comprehend. Can't sing Chad's praises enough.
