We decided to give BMW Bridgewater our service after our regular dealership could not get us in immediately and I had a service engine light that I wanted checked as quickly as possible. I scheduled my service very easily online and was given a reminder the day before. I arrived at the dealership and a service attendant took my keys and asked me to wait inside. He was professional and courteous. During my 15 minutes in the waiting area my keys were returned to me and then taken back and then returned again, I signed paperwor... read more

I am keeping the original review that I did when I purchased my X3 in March at the bottom, but have to update because they have completely lost my faith and I hope my experience can be a cautionary tale to others. It should never be just about getting you to sign on the dotted line, but being just as responsive and helpful after the sale (or at least close to it). I don't know about others, but I definitely didn't get that here. I needed to do a refinance of the loan to add my wife on the loan and after an initial two line r... read more

The end of the story is that I decided not to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned BMW after negotiating a tentative deal with Dave Wagoner, which included requesting two days to consider whether I wanted to ultimately purchase the vehicle in question. I provided a refundable $1,000 deposit at that time and after the two-day window (it was actually about 30 hours), I requested a refund of my deposit. I had simply changed my mind - the car in question, after further consideration, did not meet my needs. What was shocking - shocking... read more

The salesman, Frank, was good. HOWEVER, the dealership (sales manager, finance manager, operations manager) were very, very difficult to work with. They tried to squeeze me on everything - the price, the trade in, the financing, etc. They wouldn't give me their best deal until I negotiated for hours and walked away 3 times! It was exhausting and frustrating. I researched all the numbers, which they eventually met, but getting them there was brutal. The salesman, Frank, did everything in his power to get the deal done. But th... read more

As a purchaser, I am not the easiest to deal with. I do not give sales people a difficult time but want 3 things: 1. To have my Calls returned 2. to have my exact questions answered 3. To not waste my time. Over 3 weeks, I made a number of phone calls and each time they returned them with an hour. The answered by questions (like a buyout cost if I decided to keep my old BMW, which I did not) which I had trouble getting from a different dealer. They were ready for me when I arrived, processed the paperwork in 15 minutes. When... read more

Overall the experience was good. There were some detailing issues that I noticed and the car was redetailed after I mentioned them. Also, the manager and sales person never mentioned the lack of a Sirius radio. All other brands I have bought come with a radio and 3 months service but BMW the radio is optional. The Manager then said if I had asked about it at the time of sale it would have been $350 to install. Now it would be $527 since it now required an hour of labor. This is what I would call nickel and diming.

Bait and Switch (B&S) one, offered 3 payments end of lease then told since we paid bills to quickly we could only have two. B&S two: After 2 inspections of return vehicle and told damages were $750 offered additional insurance for $775 which was turned down. Then after new car lease deal was signed was told end of lease damages would be $1,600 because new tires we purchased were not BMW approved after paying for service on those same tires at dealership. B&S three: Quoted a car with 18000 lease miles then after complaint abo... read more

Client came in and spoke with Thomas Forget and Michael Shamy to dicuss issues. Explained that there was a misunderstanding and client agreed that he is now completely satified with the outcome. Since the time of this review we have spoken with client to confirm that all issues were resolved to clients expectations.

Very poor customer service. Rude and unreasonable. The manager Mike Yates doesn't return phone calls. They over book and promise loaner cars then give you an enterprise loaner car

I was dropping my daughter's car off for a service appointment. Although the dealership had indicated that the part was in stock on the phone when the appointment was made, the part wasn't in stock. The service writer was not friendly and indicated I should have a seat while she finished another order. The other order took quite a while, and the service writer took several breaks to drink her gatorade, but didn't indicate how much longer she would take to finish the initial order. I always thought that BMW took customer sati... read more
