Poor service from such a premium establishment, lack of quality control and customer service. Hopefully things can get better in terms of quality but customer service should be a priority.
I had an issue with my car (has 105,000 miles on it) running very rough after hard acceleration. Took it into Bridgewater BMW and their allegedly expert staff decided I needed a new computer module, which I paid to replace. Where shall I begin? This is my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle and I thought the experience would be better than at a regular dealership. Well, these guys are just as slimy as the rest of them. When they are selling you the car, they are very accommodating and promise anything. Was talked into spending upwards of $1100 for the additional maintenance warranty which did not cover the replacement of a light bulb (is that not routine maintenance?), but did cover one or two oil changes before expiring. I felt short changed to say the least.

Service Manager, Mo Abouzeid, was rude and unprofessional. I would dismiss as someone having a bad day if it was a single occurrance, but his attitude and unprofessional behavior was visible during several visits. Scheduling was prolonged and a hassle. Common inventory items such Run flat tires, locking lug bolts, and key remote batteries were each out of stock during three separate visits to the dealership. My experience purchasing a BMW from this dealership wasn't very pleasant and the management didn't make any effort to alleviate the aggravation. I was kept waiting for over an hour to sign the finance papers even after making an appointment. The finance person offers to sell me some insurance for tires without providing details and advance notice to review the terms and conditions. I am keeping the original review that I did when I purchased my X3 in March 2014 at the bottom, but have to update because they have completely lost my faith and I hope my experience can be a cautionary tale to others considering making a purchase. I called up to see if they had any blue 435i x drive convertibles on the lot and they did. I drove 50 minutes and was greeted by Bill Chludzinski, who is a very friendly and experienced sales rep. Bill showed me the cars and then sat down with me to discuss options. I liked his lack of pressure, knowledge and most of all his price. I leased it for 39 months. Unfortunately my sales rep knew nothing about the BMW product. Very unsatisfied with the overall experience. Because of this experience I would not consider another BMW nor would I recomend this dealer to others.
