"Mark #1 (sales), Mark #2 (Sales mgr), John #1 (genius),..." Mark #1 (sales), Mark #2 (Sales mgr), John #1 (genius), John #2 (finance), and BFF Justin (used car manager) and were a blast to work with. Bunch of no nonsense get the deal done kinda folks.

"I didn’t appreciate that I had to show that I was serious..." I didn’t appreciate that I had to show that I was serious about purchasing by putting down $1000.00 although it was returned it was an inconvenience.I hope this method is used for all customers.

"Complete Rip-Off Service Plan" The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replaced the wipers. The remaining visits when I asked for oil change or brake-pad replacement they refused to do so though I was told it was covered under the extended plan by the finance department when I purchased the vehicle. "Great Car Buying Experience!" My wife and I recently picked up a 2019 X3 from Mark Carvalho at BMW of Bridgewater, and yet again it was an easy experience. My family has been buying their BMW's with Mark for close to 15 years now, and he always goes above and beyond to make the buying experience as painless and seamless as possible. "No deal: Walk-in & walked out without a car" Somehow Did not workout for buying X2... End up in talking less & zero negotiable price & walked out without any car or deals. Kind of exaggerated on price of this model 2018 X2. Where as other dealerships straight away gave the price range I was looking for exact same model /featured car. Not offered any test drive to impress a customer with features. Kind of acting busy even though there were very few customers @ that time. $99 for oil change and they don't even wash the car !!! BMW of Springfield 100% better service and better customer service poor poor poor service and overpriced

When sales start with oh yeah cars are selling fast then you know you're not going to get the best service which is exactly what happened to me. Compared to 3 other dealership experience, here no one is interested to explain much about the car, quick to get you to test drive. Plenty of customers in line.. Most of all I find it annoying chasing down sales rep for follow-up and status. Typically the other way around in other dealerships. Just poor communication skill from the sales rep I had. Shame on me for not reading the documents more clearly, but BMW of Bridgewater did not abide by the agreement that they made for us. We were promised that BMW of Bridgewater would cover all the overmileage on the car we were turning in. The woman that worked on our finanacial agreement put half of mileage on the agreement, but we did not have the Lease End Inspection Form in front of us (the Lease end manager still had it) so we were not aware that she put the wrong amount on the form stating what BMW owed us. I have many many many things to say about this place but I want to be short and just say stay away from this place and the xxxxxxxx that they use to convince you to buy a good car that is totally the opposite..I m having a nightmare with the car I purchased from day one and they refuse to help me out.........horrible experience.
