I had the most wonderful experience with Hunterdon BMW. Keep in mind there are 2 other BMW Dealers within a 20 mile radius of my home (Open Road and Princeton). After being very displeased with the service at Open Road and the lack of interest to help from Princeton, I sent an email request to Hunterdon BMW about a car of interest. What good is having the Ultimate Driving Machine without the Ultimate Dealership Experience? Had a fantastic experience dealing with Scott Marlowe and the folks at Hunterdon BMW. My wife and I began our search for a 335xi in early fall 2007, anticipating a purchase in late 2008. Scott was happy to work with us, even with our intention to buy later the next year. Scott was the picture of professionalism and never pressured us. We decided to buy this year from Hunterdon BMW. From the moment I walked in to Hunterdon BMW I knew they were different. I had visited both Morristown BMW and Flemington BMW yesterday before going to Hunterdon. The receptionist at Hunterdon (Becky) met me with a smile and summoned a salesperson without any hesitation. I can't say the same for the other two. I came in to test drive the new 325 and '01 z3. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. Within minutes we were test driving both cars. Overall, the experience was pleasant. I don't feel they offered me that best price, however, so I purchased at JMK.

I bought my 2002 M3 new through this dealer in February, 2002. At the time, there was a waiting list at all of the dealers in the area for the new M3. At some of the dealers, however, they were taking "finder fees" on new M3s in addition to the deposit towards the car itself. Some dealers made the deposits non-refundable. Hunterdon, on the other hand, went out of their way to make the purchase experience enjoyable. I have recently had my 540 in for service under the extended free maintenance agreement (my car has 39K miles and is almost 4 years old). I had pixels out in the dash, a noisy air pump, brake lining warning light and a notchy clutch pedal. They replaced the cluster, pump, did a full front brake job, and replaced the complete clutch kit. The clutch is buttery smooth now and has about 1/2 the pedal effort. Since a clutch is a wear item I was not sure they would cover it. However all the work was done with no questions asked an... read more

This is specific ONLY to Brian of the Genius Technical Help desk. Over the phone, he helped me reset my 8 year old BMW iDrive to remove personal info when it was being sold. The vehicle maintenance and service providers are crooks at this place otherwise.

"We began a search for a specific car (color/interior)..." We began a search for a specific car (color/interior) which the dealership did not originally have. Alex Hoebeke showed us the cars in stock and told us he would notify us if he found what we wanted. 3 weeks later, he called with the car we ended up buying. Second car purchased from this dealership.
