"Computer issue" Work was done in a timely manner but I was not given and update on Saturday as the work was not yet complete. This caused a Monday morning issue as I had a loaner that I was told to be back Monday morning.

"Replacement of rear windscreen wiper too expensive " $850 to replace a rear wind screen wiper is too much. There must be a less expensive option for a 2012 vehicle. Feel taken advantage of.

"They Tried But $3600 for a headlight?" Brought my 2014 X5 in for adaptive headlight malfunction. Received word that something shorted out in the light and that it would cost $3,600 to fix. That seems extremely high. Matt and the Team at Thompson did what they could by not charging for the diagnosis, but didn’t really offer any alternatives except $3,600to replace.

"Correction of a mistake" I came in to have my rims/tires changed up to the summer ones that you store. They were put on but no one noticed in the process that they were damaged. I had to come back in before leaving the lot and show the service manager. There were scratches on one rim. She was good and said that they would be repaired and if I didn't like replaced. "Good car service, poor customer service" The actual inspection and oil change service went well with no issues. I called to see when my car would be ready (5-6 hours after dropping off). They said they would find out and call back, but they never did. I called back but got a voicemail message. I was in the area so I got dropped off at the service center. They told me that my car was going through the car wash and would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes in the service center without any updates. I let them know... read more

"Greatest Service And Response" I received the greatest service and responses I think I could ever receive in response to a very bad recall issue that could have been a whole lot worst maybe even deadly. But Service Manager Andi took clear responsibility in handling everything that had to do with this issue from start to finish. "Communication with Customer is Spotty" Dropped off the car with a leaking tire and it was suggested that all four should be replaced. Rep said it would take a few hours and car could be picked up before 8pm or the next day. I was given a rental car...not comparable to mine. I came by the next day, car was not ready and another clerk was surprised that I was even there. He had to research to find any paperwork. Bottom line: I had to leave, after wasting two hours of my time. At least they dropped off the car at my home.

"Service review only" Service employee Dan should be fired. He has screwed up my last 3 visits. I have switched my service guy to John M - Dan isn't the caliber of employee I'm used to at Bmw!! I'm actually shocked he's still there. I've been a Bmw owner for 20 yrs so I know what talking about
