"Very good experience- great staff. Everyone was very..." Very good experience- great staff. Everyone was very professional. I was not happy with the filthy air filters, both the cabin and engine, which certainly should have been replaced

"Dealership Tries, 2019 X5 is a total electronic disaster!" The dealer has been attempting to resolve my rebooting issues for 9 months now with no success. Now I am told that the problem is with my Samsung S8+phone - even though that phone works fine with my wife's X1, my older 7 series, and several other newer non-bmw autos. I was advised to contact Verizon for a fix, which I did, but Verizon (of course) feels that there is nothing wrong with the phone and that the issue is with BMW's faulty electronics. "DMR Review" Excellent service, horrible sales department. I have tried to buy BMW from Thompson 5 times in 10 years. You are 2 miles from my house and I wound up going to WG in Ft Wash. for five sales cycles. The Thompson Sales Depart always sound enthusiastic but not close on bottom line. The 2019 experience was particularly bad, I was given a lot of incorrect/contradictory information Sales rep was much more interested in talking than listening.

"Still does not work" Hi. This is the second time I requested that you fix my hatch. Unfortunately, it still does not work? I know you said that the hatch is “tricky”, however, is really bothersome. Thanks.

"End of warranty " Numerous items serviced after key reading Spark plugs, oil service, brake rotors, brake pads, engine and cabin air filters Replaced at no additional cost to me

"Screw up with my tire" I have been using Thompson BMW service since I purchased by vehicle over 10 years ago. The service and the service staff have always been great. Recently I needed a tire replaced. (I purchased 4 new tires 9/30/18, and with about 3,200 miles on them, one had a small gash on the sidewall. Of course it was about 1 month out of warranty, but no breaks to be given!) I ordered the new tire and scheduled the appointment. "Didnt keep the appoinment time." Usually service is good. But this time I had bad experience. Didnt keep the appoinment time They were suppose to drop my car. But a lady said I have to wait for long time. I had to get a ride. leave my work to get the car!

"Normally it is excellent But not this time." It has taken three attempts to Install wiper blades that work And they still do not work correctly. I am waiting for Thomson to call me back with a set of wiper blades that would work
