"They used to be good about everything...." Used to be excellent about everything but lately the last 2 or 3 visits felt like service went down greatly. Skipping things that usually get done... Like test driving the car... Not just driving around parking lot... Complimentary washes. So. Going to a local dealer next time. Vibration never. Gets pinpointed . wheels never get balanced. "Inspection" Took car in for inspection. Needed new tires and rear brakes. Called indicating that I was aware it needed rear tires and that I could supply the parts code since Service replaced a front tire a few months before. Told the Rep that they should have the parts number due to prior tire replacement. They ordered the tires but I was told they made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires. They provided me a free loaner for the weekend and obtained the tires and replaced the tires on Monday.

"Last visit poor" Overall BMW does a good job on service. This last visit though was sub par. 600.00 to fix a leak that was suppose to have been fix weeks ago at a cost of 300.00. After all that I came home and needed to complete the service myself. I’m not happy about that situation.
"Parts in cabin are missing which cover the diagnostic port" Need interior parts put back on , The cover was removed over the diagnostic port under the steering wheel and it is still missing and the diagnostic port is exposed
"door sensor not covered,manifold covered." Everytime we have issue they dont seem to be covered by the platinum insurance extended coverage on a bmw that we purchased .We think you should look into the way you sell the extended coverage and look into better plan that covers things that cost the the customer over a thousand dollars especially on the electronic on and in the vehicle.our issue was a door sensor that not covered.an a feature of all of your vehicles.you would think at the price of the sensor it should be include... read more

"Recommend is really a Maybe" Unfortunately it’s the closest BMW service center so I go out of convenience not because they are great. I have had some good experiences but a # of bad ones as well. Some of the people you interact with are pleasant and helpful and others are not. No one goes too far out of their to make sure you are satisfied and follow up is rare.
"Communication " I was hoping to get a better idea of the overall condition of my car.but never really got much feedback after repairs were completed.

"Misled" Did not represent your financing policies correctly Don’t think I would recommend the dealership to anybody without letting them know what you did Maybe it’s a BMW policy but it still stinks
"Rushed" I want to start by saying that I usually get great service at Thompson so that is why I drive a little bit out of my way to go there. This time was different and disappointing. They were very busy the night that I dropped my car off for service but I felt very rushed since I was just getting a 9000 mile covered maintenance oil change.
