"Great experience" I typically do all work on my cars myself and very rarely take them in for anything, but took it to Thompson for a recall that was issued on my 3 series. The work was free of charge and I was give a loaner while they worked on it. This was on a slightly older bmw and a vehicle that was not purchased there. "Courteous, Profressional, Accommodating" My assigned service representative, Dan always seems concerned. He explains the situation and I've dealt with him close to 10 years. There is also a young lady who's always pleasant. I can't remember her name but she has dark hair and olive skin.
"Hassle Free Service Visit" I arrived at the appointment time, they set me up with my loaner and had the job completed at the time that I requested. Everything done correctly.
