"The BMW experience" I was about to say goodbye to BMW forever. I decided to stop in at this dealership as I was doing business in town. "Oil change and tire install" Easy to deal with, considerate, friendly, and timely. Always easy to have my car serviced at Thompson's. Staff is friendly and helpful. They always let me know of any other services that might be needed, but don't pressure me to make a decision if it's something that can wait until the next visit.

"60000 check up with oil change" Great convenient service however expensive. The new tires were a fair pice but the spark plugs service way too overpriced as well as the brake pads.

"Price was good service was suspect" I purchase a pre owned 2016 Honda from Thompson BMW. The price was very good. The sales person and sales area was nice. But I was not really shopping I knew what I wanted. The only problem was after the sale. I noticed when I purchased the car it 3 Goodyear Tires and one Firestone.. On the ride home the front tire ,Firestone, was making a noise. I called they said bring it back will fix it. I was still under there warranty. "Service experience " John McDonald helped me out. He kept me in loop on the status of my service repairs. I did give a good rating mostly based on Johns customer service skills but car was not washed after service
