We have been servicing our cars for years at Thompson BMW and have had such wonderful customer service. The service manager Andi Glassmyer is a stellar representative of Thompson BMW. She provided excellent customer service and really goes the extra mile. John MacDonald our service representative follows in her footsteps and really understands how to make their customers happy.

"Most amazing service ever " I hate having my car serviced - the inconvenience, the expense, the aggravation. Honesty I would rather have dental surgery without anesthesia than get an oil change. "Great Experience, Highly Recommended " Mike G is a rockstar! Great attitude, accommodating, and very professional. We had a fun time test driving various BMWs and Mike did an excellent job assisting us by explaining various features and options available which ultimately led to us finding a perfect match. "Customer service " Customer service is almost nonexistent in this country, I am so happy to give a 5 star rating for my experience at Thompson BMW!!!
