"Nice place to buy a car" I purchased a CPO 2017 BMW M4 from Thompson and worked with Norm M. and it was a completely stress free and positive experience. I’ve been looking at used M3/M4 and visited many dealerships, some that were over an hour away, and I was surprised how many sales people are reluctant to let customers drive an M car. "No pressure to buy a car" I feel very comfortable to buy pre certified BMW from Thompson, this is my second purchase in 18 months. I enjoy to do business with dealer there!
"Efficient, professional and friendly, as usual!" Matt Turnbull and the rest of the Thompson service team always do a great job; this time was no exception. The repairs were finished on time, and everything was addressed.
"Good service" Quick and good service. Only problem was they said I needed a new radio when in fact I only needed to unpair my phone and then pair again.
"Andi is a great service manager!" Had some issues with a rear brake service. Andi emailed and called me to discuss, and we reached a fair resolution. Worth the drive to dealership and service and maintenance team.
