"Kept me informed. " John told me that I did NOT need a new battery. Now THAT gives me confidence in Thompson’s integrity. I was happy that they analyzed problem with “front end.” Otherwise this could have been a real problem with pending vacation trip. Everyone very courteous and pleasant. Good experience.

"Always a pleasure" Having the valet option is most appreciated when my car needs to go in for service. "Historically great service" Purchased our first BMW from Thompson in 1989 and have been using Thompson to service our BMWs since. Have always been pleased and continued to return for service. It has been very satisfying to have a dealer so close that provided exceptional factory service

"Great place to buy a BMW" The staff was friendly. They gave me a $50 voucher to spend at the merchandise shop. returning my old car was hassle free. Steve Borghi was very good in helping me select the car and their sales manager made a great deal.

"Very Pleased with Outcome" After a tough beginning with scratches on my car after a service, Thompson took full responsibility and rectified the situation. The General Manager Mr. Kelly took my concerns seriously and worked with me every step of the way. Andi, the service manager was excellent throughout the process and made sure that the job was done right and communicated with me throughout the process. They took a really rough start and made it right. I will look to Thompson for any future BMW purchase.

"Excellent service " The dealer kept me informed throughout the process as to time and cost. I used the complementary shuttle instead of a complementary loaner although I was promised a loaner if the car needed to be kept overnight. Excellent experience.
