"Very professional" Very professional and competent. I was treated extremely well by Dan Goldman the service manager. The cost was very competitive and I was provided with a loaner vehicle.

"Made things right " I brought my car in for an oil change, and there were some other things that they found which I decide to get taken care of. However, on my way out, I noticed some goop on the exterior of my car. I told him that I parked my car in the garage all the time, so that more than likely happened while the car was there. They scheduled my car for a cleaning on a separate day, detailed it from top to bottom, and the car literally looked like new. I was very happy with the way they made that right.
"Great experience with service department" I recently wanted a performance upgrade for my car and Andi Glassmyer worked with me to arrange to have the work done. Shortly before the appointment date, I noticed a bubble on one of my tires. Andi was also able to resolve that issue for me also, but did not have the tire in stock. She immediately set me up with a loaner vehicle. When I picked the car up the next day, everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to Andi and her team.
