"New to the BMW family" The salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The purchase went very smoothly and I stayed close to my price range.

"Very professional " I brought my auto in for repairs. I had a nail in my rear tire and the auto lock on the passenger side front door was not working. I received a new tire and the lock was fixed. All the work was done in a timely fashion.
"Friendly, Expert Service" Friendly, expert service. Everyone is courteous and helpful from when I first pull up until I check out. I never had to bring my car back because something was not done right the first time.
"Fantastic Experience " From the time I dropped off my car, thru getting a loaner and finalizing everything I was treated like a special guest. Started with how well I was greeted and then with the service person Stephen everyone was gracious, kind and cared about making sure my entire experience was a great one. Kudos to the entire staff!!
