"Quick in and out " I appreciated the promptness of the valet and the advisor assisting me .I did not appreciate the off brand Toyota Corolla loaner car. I dropped off a 2016 M235xi convertible and would think I’d be given at least a BMW as a Loaner car or something similar . I actually felt unsafe in the Corolla as the brakes were mushy and the handling was sloppy. Next time I will request a BMW loaner.

"Easy to deal with in the testing and buying " I’ve dealt with Thompson Auto before. I went to look at their BMW 4 series. I was able to test drive several models with no pressure to buy. The salesman (Steve B) helped me weigh the pros and cons of the 3 that I narrowed down and I made my decision. In a very short period of time (2 hours?) I traded in my older car, got some financing and then bought the car I wanted and was driving out of the lot heading home! It was a painless experience.

"Consistent Experience" I have been a customer for more than ten years. Thompson understands service. The last time I was in the engine light came on before I got home. I called from the car. They said turn around and bring it in. They had a car waiting for me and didn’t charge me to fix the problem because the car was suppose to be ready the first time. I didn’t have to say anything. They just go to the right place every time.
