"Great service and people" Never owned a BMW previously and was blown away by the service and overall friendly atmosphere of Thompson BMW. From my salesman, Ryan Gordon, to the finance associate. This was the easiest and quickest car purchase of my life. Very happy with my decision and will be using Thompson for my cars servicing.

"Recent service" Service/people, as usual were great. Loaner program is very annoying. It’s my understanding the program was changed a little while ago. Only 3-series and X3’s available.

"So-so service" Good service was provided by the staff for the state inspection but the oil change was very expensive. On the other hand I was told that the part for the recall was not available although I had made an appointment ahead of time. I was sent home in a loaner car.

"Annual State Inspections" We own our cars for the length of their useful life and in the case of BMW's that is a long time. It is imperative to properly maintain the vehicles in a timely manner to facilitate that lifetime; we count on Thompson to provide us with that maintenance. They have done so in a most professional manner. They make replacement recommendations but additionally provide the inspection tolerances which helps tremendously in making the final decision.
