"Great service and people" Never owned a BMW previously and was blown away by the service and overall friendly atmosphere of Thompson BMW. From my salesman, Ryan Gordon, to the finance associate. This was the easiest and quickest car purchase of my life. Very happy with my decision and will be using Thompson for my cars servicing.
"Timely work and customer oriented staff " Had s good service appt for work covered under my first 4 yrs. a bit worried about cost after the work is no longer covered
"Recent service" Service/people, as usual were great. Loaner program is very annoying. It’s my understanding the program was changed a little while ago. Only 3-series and X3’s available.
"Gwen and Ed Rule!" Gwen is the best. I have a hectic work schedule and she always makes sure to take care of me in a timely fashion. Ed is my favorite tech there. What a great team. Thanks!
"Dennis Bridges To The Rescue" Dennis helped me find the perfect BMW for me, he listened and understood what I needed. Dennis found the car that fit my needs!! He is the best!!!!
"So-so service" Good service was provided by the staff for the state inspection but the oil change was very expensive. On the other hand I was told that the part for the recall was not available although I had made an appointment ahead of time. I was sent home in a loaner car.
"Great experience again" Another great experience at BMW with our sales rep Dennis. You will be in great hands with Dennis as he will go beyond to find you the perfect fit. A shout out to Alex for his input.
"BMW Service Dept is Amazing!" Thompson BMW Service Dept is great! We come all the way from Maryland to use Thompson BMW! It’s so worth going the distance to get great service!
"Annual State Inspections" We own our cars for the length of their useful life and in the case of BMW's that is a long time. It is imperative to properly maintain the vehicles in a timely manner to facilitate that lifetime; we count on Thompson to provide us with that maintenance. They have done so in a most professional manner. They make replacement recommendations but additionally provide the inspection tolerances which helps tremendously in making the final decision.
