"Super service" Laura was my service advisor. Courtesy attentive timely updates. I was called and told the M3 repair was completed as promised. Another issue did cause a concern and options were given as to what direction I could go, wait and see, replacement of suspect part or upgrade to something else. I went with the upgrade as I was considering it anyway. Picked up the car problem occurred quickly, returned the car. Problem was investigated and found resolved and car was ready. I am completely satisfied 6 stars out of 5

"Saturday help" I stopped by to make an appointment for the following weekday because of a concern I had about how the car was handling after my service of 2 weeks prior. Rather than making an appointment for the next week day, they took care of my car that very day.....a Saturday no less! My concern was handled that same day! Excellent, friendly service! Thanks so very much to Matt Turnbull, Robin Revere, and the young man who checked out my car and fixed it perfectly, Jared!

"I went in for service" The service was good and I would return again for service. I would also visit Thompson again to make a new purchase or service needs

"Great sales and service. " This is my second lease with Thompson. Great service in sales and service brought me back. I went back a couple times to find the right vehicle and Rob Ridgway was excellent. He is patient and works to find the right vehicle for you. Tom Lalicata was also great with communication and tech questions. Lease end return was smooth also. I live almost 30 miles from the dealer and they bring the loaner to me while my vehicle is serviced. Hard to beat the service I’ve gotten over the last 3 years

"Good selection of used cars" Went to this dealership to look at a specific car but it had been sold before I got there. There were several other cars to chose from which met my requirements. I feel like I got a very good deal.

"Great service" Flexible scheduling, great customer service, also love the shuttle service if you wait for service. Proactive in telling what may be needed in the next 3-6 months.

"As smooth as a car buying experience as you're going to get." My experience with Doylestown BMW was nothing short of excellent. "Done right with style " The dealership is very comfortable an accommodating for customers waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. I appreciated staff and their service. I will definitely bring my car here again.
