"Saved at the last minute" Thompson service squeezed us in at the last minute before Memorial Day weekend when the engine would not run correctly. The repair was completed, even ahead of the promised time, and we were able to continue with our travel.
"Friendly, Fair, and Fast" Thompson BMW was the third dealer we visited that day and a deal was made 15 minutes after the test drive. Dennis Bridges is the perfect salesman. His 25 years with the company was more than obvious. He is professional, sincere, accommodating, and overall very friendly. "Warranty items" Fixed all warranty items and completed inspection, cleaned car, fixed scratches, gave information about tire services and tire sales. Friendly and courteous completed service in timely fashion
