"Parts Department " Martin in the Parts Department was very helpful. He verified the part I ordered matched my VIN. He called me when the part was ready for pick up. He made everything easy for me.

"Great people great service " Every time I leave my car with the service group I always feel confident she is safe! They answer all my neurotic questions and treat me great. I love everyone that works there. It’s also great having the loaner so I can go to work while they are working on my car.

"Service adjustment of time" i ended up with a headlight probl that i was not sure that I could fix because of the model of the car. I made a appointment online then realize that the late afternoon needed to be moved up earlier in the day so i could maje a sudden appointment. I called Thompson and they found a way to squeeze me in . Very happy with their service.
