"Their people make the difference!!" Face the facts. Proper scheduled service of a BMW is necessary to keep it in top shape. You have to give up your time to make it happen. HOWEVER, when the dealer staff go out of their way to minimize inconvenience and work around the customer's needs and schedule, the tables turn and it's almost ENJOYABLE. That is my experience at Thompson BMW, where the people make the difference.

"What more could you expect?" Brought my 2018 x3 m40i in for scheduled maintenance and brakes. They put new brake shoes on all four wheels, performed the scheduled maintenance including oil change, replaced wipers, took care of a minor recall, washed the car and provided a new 3 series loaner. All work was included in the maintenance agreement that I purchased with the vehicle and they were pleasant throughout the process. They also had me in and out quickly for the drop-off and pick-up. "Always treated fairly by sales and service. " Thompson has sold us 3 BMW’s through Ryan Gordon. Customer service and pricing at Thompson is superior - so much so that even though I have moved 50+ miles away, I returned to Thompson for my recent 2019 X3 purchase even though I live 3 miles from another BMW dealer.
