"Towed in for flat tire " Hit a pot hole on my way to work and blew out my front tire. I called the dealer and within 25 minutes the tow truck arrived to take me to the dealer. After dropping off the car, the dealer had someone drive me right to my home and was I back on my way to work. The treatment was top notch.

"Car needed scheduled maintenance " I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance in the early morning expecting that it might take a lot of time. I was called about 3 hours later to pick it up. I was on my way by noon with a fully serviced and inspected car. I appreciated the fast turnaround and the courtesy of everyone involved.

"Service of 2017 X3 not purchased at Thompson" Thompson has been great in working in conjunction with the Dealership we purchased our X3 from in solving several pre-existing conditions as we purchased the vehicle pre-certified pre-owned but have had several functionability issues.
