We found this dealer to be professional and very courteous. They didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for but exactly what we came for. The staff was pleasant and respectful. Frankly, the best we've encountered yet. I thought that would be impossible for a dealer, but they accomplished that. The only thing would be that it was a long wait on a weekend to see financial but apparently the other personal had got sick. So it was completely understandable. From the warm welcome of the valets to the glowing smiles of all the advisors .... what a great way to start the day. I even met the service manager Ricardo.....or Rodrigo what a great gu, very knowledgeable. My Advisor was Camron ... very professional he updated me throughout the day, did everything he said would be done and even had my vehicle cleaned. The best part was the X5 loaner they provided. Everyone from the person answering my emergency call, to the guys in service, to the general manager were very nice, helpful and accommodating! I've gone here for the past 2yrs and won't go to any other dealership because of the level of professionalism here! They have amenities too if you need to work on your laptop!!
I had a real problem with my X5 BMW showing warning signs of engine overheating. The advisor was very professional, was able to accommodate my service request in a timely manner. They had to keep the car for a few days however, I was informed every step of the way and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle so that I did not have to feel stranded without my vehicle.
