I was promptly greeted and shown the vehicle I was looking for. The test drive went great and even decided to purchase the vehicle. Ian was prompt to address any questions or concerns I had.
I have been coming to this dealership for several years now, for both sales and service, having purchased a number of vehicles from them. As in the past my most recent experience was excellent. Alex Archer and his team, who I have dealt with for all of my purchases over the years, makes sure its a straightforward and pleasant experience throughout the process.
It's always hard going through the process of buying a new car but everyone at Norwood BMW made it as painless as possible. Micheal Yousif was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with through the entire transaction. Both managers (sales and finance) checked in with me a few different times on a different days to make sure everything was going ok. This was, hands down, the absolute best leasing experience I have had so far. Adrian was very pleasant, patient, and honest with me. He put forth an incredible effort to work with me and my budget. It got down to the point where the sales manager came out with the price tag of the car and showed us that he could literally not take any more money off of the payment because they were already losing so that I could have the car I wanted. My salesman Nelson provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant car buying experience. This is the third car I have bought with Adrian. He is always helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. Unlike my experiences with other salesmen at other dealerships/brands, Adrian actually listens to what I am looking for and I feel no pressure. He has never tried to convince me I want a car just because he has it on the lot etc.! I suspect I will go to him again
This is the second car I have bought from Adrian. Three years ago he was the one to go to and he continues to be the one to go to. When I started talking to him about a new car, he was willing to work with me to on the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Adrian continually went out of his way to make the buying experience as easy as possible for me. On price - he worked with me and I ended up with a great deal. No one does it better than Adrian.
