As usual,Dan Macdonald came to find me as soon as I was signed in. We discussed the problem and he set up the service.It was fixed and I got my car back on time as promised.He followed up the next day to make sure everything was alright.

Purchased a CPO 2011 328i xDrive with 29k on the engine from Ian. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole experience. I would buy a BMW again from Ian, personally. I received water without asking, was offered coffee and pizza, and felt like I was having an informal conversation about cars with him rather than being sold a car. He made me feel confident about my purchase and included some auxiliary "stuff" (second key fob, for example) that the last dealership I purchased from refused to include.
I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and genuine concern displayed by my service advisor, Stan Sooklal. With Stan, I am always confident that my concerns will be addressed promptly and accordingly. He is very thorough and attentive to your needs. He gets the job done right. I would most certainly recommend Mr. Sooklal to a friend. He's understands the importance of service
Service department was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. From booking the appointment to having the car ready as promised was perfect. Highly recommend. Waiting area is top notch.
We could not have been happier with our experience. Mario was a pleasure to work with. I loved that never badgered us with calls and emails. He responded promptly and checked in with us at an appropriate frequency. We really appreciated his candor and forthrightness and the way he treated us. We also were very impressed with Alex, the BMW Genius. He was patient and thorough. This was easily the best car-buying experience we've ever had, and we will absolutely send all of our friends to Mario.
This review is for the service department only since I did not buy my car there. Very smooth process, helpful and accommodating staff and they walked me through all of the components of my warranty and even pulled up info about my BMW. Nice waiting area lounge with free bagels, coffee, juice etc. Very nice parts/store with all sorts of neat BMW gadgets.
