Tom was very helpful to my husband and I. We reviewed what we were looking for and he spent a lot of time going over the different car models. He was able to articulate the different features between models and years which helped us quickly narrow down our search. Unfortunately for Tom, we found what we were looking for at a different dealership but hope to do work with him in the future and will absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

Tom Rivers was very helpful in finding me the right car for my needs. He was very attentive to my phone calls and emails and made sure he answered all of my questions. Tom Rivers was very, very professional and helpful. This was for an Active E (prototype) lease which I know does not generate much commission, yet Tom was as available and polite as if this was the sale of a $250,000. top of the line model. When this lease is over in 2 years I will be going to Tom first.
This dealership is very professional and cares about customer service.The saleman's name was Peter Fard and he did an outstanding job.The finance manager named David was also excellent and found me the best finance rates.Overall Bmw of Norwood was a great experience and woule definitely buy a car again or refer a friend.
I've owned my BMW x5 for about 3 years now. My experience with BMW of norwood, where I purchased the S.U.V has been second to none. Particularly Dan MacDonald, his customer service is great. his willingness to help and problem solve and make you comfortable during the process is also second to none.
