Service center is disappointing Dealing with the service depart way too much of a hassle. The other day I had an oil change scheduled for 7:30 in the morning. No one got to me until almost 7:50; after someone finally got to me, it took another 10 minutes, and I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours for oil and brake fluid change, so I decided to wait. Buying experience and facility cleanliness we had an appointment with the sales person Carlos Hernandez who was not available until he came down after 15 minutes later when we were about to leave person finalizing the paper work Nery Cejas was not polite and had an attitude until we instructed to either rectify himself or call his manager or find another person There was a cockroach in the urinal in dealer bathroom, very disgusting for a BMW dealer

Lamborghini purchase gone wrong My wife and I purchased a 2018 Huracan Performante about 10 days ago from this dealership in Miami. The vehicle has been paid for in full immediately with a wire transfer. We received the car, but the title clerk has yet to send us the required documents needed to register the vehicle even though I've been following up almost daily. SHIPPED ME A $100k 2020 BMW WITH $3500 OF DAMAGE Purchased a 2020 BMW X6 m50i from out of state. Receive the vehicle to discover $3500 worth of body damage that the dealership didn’t even disclose in their pictures or on the phone. They then tried to blame on the transport company but they had taken pics of the damage before it was picked up.
