BMW 530 I was taking my car in for service because and alarm went on the dashboard it said passenger seat restraint system ..so I took my car in for service after one hour BMW called me and said that this trouble was not under warranty because the seat sensor was reading moisture I just purchased my BMW 530 less than a month ago and no one has spilled any type of water on the seat .. so they wanted to charge me $800 for the repair so I asked to speak to the manager and the maintenance supervisor came out and tried to explain... read more
They stil you with all the extras they sell it I bought a brand new car on 2015, I trying to use all the extras they sell in and nothing is worthy . Don't buy any extras

Terrible service Terrible service. I took my BMW X5 here and Jose Alamo was incredibly rude and not helpful. He does not portray Braman's motto of providing great customer service to car owners.
Overall the process was fine. The salesguy was corteous and friendly, the problem as usual with Braman is the parts department, people there including cashiers and sales guys are extremely rude have a nasty attitude but I guess that I can't expect much out of the people from Miami.
buying a used car I called the contact person, to let him know that I was driving 120 miles to see the car I wanted. When I got there, the salesman brought me the car. It was dusty and not prepared for me. The inside control knobs, were covered in some sticky substance.The battery sounded weak when i went to start it. Shut it down and restarted car. Last service of my M4 Nothing to add service was as always excellent . I have been a customer for Braman BMW for more than 10 years, my family all own or lease BMWs or Minis from Braman, I leased 2 M3 and now an M4 all serviced at same location. That is the reason why I am a recurrent customer.
