Oil change and COVID19 (crossover story) Valet took 25 minutes to get my car. That's a long time to be standing by the door as people passed by me, some without the masks on.

Review The only downside here is the length of time it takes for you to return cars to owners after they say car is ready. This last time wait was only 15 mins
3 Hours for an Oil Change? The guys from maintenance took 3 hours to do a simple oil change. I had an appointment, so I don't even want to imagine if I didn't have one.
Bmw 2018 X1 The service person Bismarck was outstanding, the people that drop my car off were really really BAD, I have never been treated soooo badly , I was in such a rush and didn't really have time to go to a manager and complain, but if it would be for me I won't EVER gone back there again. Worst service experience imaginable. Worst service experience imaginable. My one year old car was towed to the dealership on Friday, August 30st because it would not start. Got a txt form the dealership Friday afternoon that my car is being worked on. Call the dealership talk to service advisor, tell him that I am a New Yorker and on my way back to NY. Airbag recall service Just because I'm not buying anything, that does no mean the service advisor need to treat me different. I bought the car at this dealer and the facilities have improved a lot.
Recall repair I took the car in for a recall repair and there was ar an unrelated warning light on the dashboard. I guessed I should have asked for an estimate to repair problem but thought I would get called with a quote to correct the warning light. Instead they just called me and said the recall repair had been done and to pick up the car.
